Healthy habits

This is a poster made by the students of 1 ESO-A, where you can see the eatwell plate.  Hope it helps you to build a healthy plate, choosing the right quantity of each nutrients.  In my plate there are 5 food groups: fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains and diary that make up our diet. We recomend you to eat the proportions showed in order to follow a balanced diet.  Eating healthily is about eating the right amount of food for your energy needs. In Spain, most adults, and many children, are either overweight or obese. This means many of us are eating more than we need, and should eat and drink fewer calories in order to lose weight.
